Kobe Cuisine – Affordable Kobe Steak – Plaisir

This Kobe steak restaurant, Plaisir, is a direct-operated restaurant of JA Zennoh Hyogo (JA is the abbreviation for Japan Agricultural Cooperatives, also known as Nokyo). In other words, here you can guarantee that you will be able to eat beef that is locally grown in Japan… And not only beef, even the rice and salad you eat are locally produced! This restaurant is located on the first floor of a certain hotel and looks like this from the outside.

Kobe Sannomiya – Kumagoro Ramen

I came to eat Kumagoro Ramen because of the resentment from the previous two times. Both times, it was full and I was too lazy to wait in line, so I couldn’t eat at this ramen shop and had to go eat somewhere else… (I went to the neighboring Ramenshitennou twice). However, the Kumagoro Sannomiya branch has already closed, but they are still operating in San Plaza (underground mall).

Kobe Sannomiya’s Famous Queuing Restaurant – Akaman – Dumpling Specialty Shop – Ranked Second in Kobe’s Dumpling World in Japanese Travel Magazine.

Why did I come to eat at this Akaman Dumpling Specialty Store? It’s actually just a grudge! Because when I came to Kobe before, I already knew about Akaman and wanted to try it, but they were sold out that day. Then, for some reason, I came to Kobe again and wanted to dine here, but they were sold out again! Is fate really this tragic?! So, how deep is the grudge for these dumplings? Therefore, today I’m giving it another try! Others may have made three visits to a famous place, but I’m making three visits to a dumpling shop!

[Kyoto Ramen] Kyoto Ramen Kenkyujo

This “Kyoto Ramen Kenkyujo” was recommended to me by a taxi driver when I asked for a recommendation while riding in a taxi in Kyoto. The restaurant is a bit out of the way and a little pricey, but the food is delicious. Now that I think about it, I’m starting to feel a bit hungry.

[Kyoto] Kamogawa River Noryo Yuka – Amore Kiyamachi

This Amore Kiyamachi is located next to the famous Kamogawa River. During the summer, like other restaurants, they set up elevated platforms to create a cool spot by the river. This was my first time experiencing the Kamogawa River Noryo Yuka, and it’s a bit different from the Kibune Kawadoko Nagashi Somen experience. Both are unique summer scenes. If you have the opportunity, I recommend giving it a try. Although Kyoto is hot in the summer, it’s quite cool in the evening with the natural breeze.

[Kyoto Ramen] The Kairikiya Ramen with Back Fat Soy Sauce

I have a feeling of walking into a “men’s school” when I enter kairikiya Ramen. I wonder if I have to pass the “oil bath” test before eating a bowl of ramen?! kairikiya Ramen originated from Kyoto and there are actually many different flavors of ramen in Kyoto. kairikiya belongs to the fatty soy sauce-based ramen, which is different from the commonly seen soy sauce ramen. If you haven’t tried it before, you can give it a try.
