【Hokkaido】GYOZA OHSHO – Susukino

Originating from Kyoto, GYOZA OHSHO has branches in Sapporo’s Susukino and Tanukikoji areas.
My wife loves GYOZA OHSHO, so we had to try it in Hokkaido as well~
This time, we dined at the Susukino branch.

Not only do they have a takeout window, but if you want to dine inside, you’ll have to queue up

We waited for 7 minutes before getting a seat.

Surprisingly, the Sapporo branch offers three flavors of Tenshinhan…
Sweet and sour, salt, and Kyoto style.

Sauce

Since my wife redeemed some points before our trip, she treated me to two plates of gyoza

GYOZA OHSHO are indeed quite delicious.

Fried chicken
In Kyoto, GYOZA OHSHO serves pepper powder directly on the plate.
In Sapporo, they provide a small packet of pepper powder.

And there’s plenty of vegetables, including large slices of tomato.

They even drizzle a bit of salad dressing and add lemon, quite a variety.

Of course, the fried chicken is still juicy
This is really good…

By the way, here’s a comparison with the fried chicken we had in Kyoto.

That’s the dining experience at GYOZA OHSHO – Susukino.
Since it’s a chain restaurant, there’s no need for a recommendation rating~
But honestly, even though GYOZA OHSHO is a chain, its quality is still quite good~
Compared to some other disappointing places we tried later, it’s much tastier~

PS: I think the Susukino branch is much better than the Tanukikoji branch
