This place is located diagonally across from the Show Chwan Hospital on Zhongshan Road.
Located right next to the grilled skewers stall, is the betel nut stand. 🏠
The interior is surprisingly clean and bright.
The takeout box is round, not the traditional square one.

The seasoning of the side dishes isn’t overly oily, making it perfect for office workers.
The ribs inside were surprisingly good.
Although my favorite type is the one that’s stewed thoroughly, breaking apart with just one bite.
But it feels like this place first braises their food before frying it.
It gives a slight illusion of being a chicken cutlet. 🤪
