I’ve eaten there more than three times.
The food is truly amazing!
I’ve previously dined at the 7th Redevelopment Zone.
This time, we dined at the Bachelor’s Restaurant.
The surroundings are still stunningly beautiful🥰

The exterior of KOI PLUS spans three floors.
(It’s the largest brunch spot in North Taichung)
Next, as you enter, there’s a vanity mirror by the showcase, perfect for social media influencers to take selfies.
We dined by the window on the second floor.
You can enjoy the street view of Bachelor Road from the second floor window.
And don’t forget, you can dine on the second floor.
You can also overlook the first floor from upstairs.
It’s really quite good 😍

Speaking of brunch
This would be a great choice!
The soothing onsen egg, gently cut open with a fork.
The egg just flows out, it’s truly amazing 🥺
Moreover, the muffin bread served with a special homemade cheese lemon sauce is simply divine.
The rich flavor of cheese paired with bread is a perfect match.
There’s also a side salad available to balance out the richness.
Spicy Flat Noodles Served with Fresh Sichuan Shrimp
This particular one is my favorite noodle dish.
Toss handmade noodles evenly with the spicy and fragrant Sichuan-style meat sauce.
Let the noodles soak up the mildly spicy aroma of the meat sauce.
Paired with succulent and springy fresh shrimp

This is truly beautiful…
This is something I really hate to eat up.
During the main course,
I always say it’s too beautiful, I really can’t bear to eat it.
However,
The Red Apple is a delightful combination of caramel sauce, mixed nuts, honey apples, and French crisp pastry.
While it may look like a red apple on the outside, inside it’s packed with a bounty of nuts and French-style crispy biscuits.
The taste is very rich👍
