【Hokkaido】Famous Waterfalls in Sounkyo – Ryusei-Ginga Falls

After leaving the Captain’s House in the morning, we decided to explore along the way, so we didn’t go to Abashiri or Shiretoko~
We ended up heading left and soon arrived at Sounkyo….
Of course, the most famous attractions near Sounkyo are these~
Ryusei-Ginga Falls, these are the names of two waterfalls, one is Ginga, and the other is Ryusei.

I feel that Japanese waterfalls don’t have much impact.
because they are far away, unlike the Wufengqi Waterfall in Yilan, Taiwan, which is very close.

However, Japanese streams are very clean and beautiful.
This is something Taiwan can’t compare to…
(I haven’t seen the hidden streams in Taiwan, they should be very beautiful too)

One is Ginga, and the other is Ryusei.

From here, you can hike up to “Twin Falls Observatory,” where you can see both waterfalls at the same time
But I’m lazy, and there are bears around…. I didn’t bring a bell…XD

The public restroom in Sounkyo is built here, and it’s quite cool….

Another view of Ryusei Waterfall.

It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with meteors…XD

That’s the situation with Ryusei-Ginga Falls~
