Having visited Hokkaido three times before, I’ve been to Farm Tomita twice.
Once in August and once in September.
But I’ve never been in July, which is a bit of a regret.
Because the peak season tickets to Hokkaido are quite expensive, I couldn’t bring myself to buy them
This time, I came specifically to see Farm Tomita in July.
Just to witness the beauty of Farm Tomita in July.
Farm Tomita is mainly divided into three areas (excluding the Lavender East area).
The first area: Hanabito Field, Sakiwai Field, Autumn Field, and Spring Field, composed of these four flower fields.
Primarily planted with lavender and other flowers, with a restaurant and shop nearby.
The second area: Traditional Lavender Field, lavender planted on the hillside.
The third area: Irodori Field, different varieties of flowers and lavender planted along the hillside.
Without further ado, let’s look at the photos~
Farm Tomita is all about the lavender.
This is the Sakiwai Field.
A whole hillside of lavender.
Traditional Lavender Field, said to be the starting point of Farm Tomita.
It’s recommended to walk up and take a look.
Next, the third area, the Irodori Field.
The first time I came, I didn’t know about this place.
The second time I came to Farm Tomita, I couldn’t find this place.
So this time, I specifically checked the information.
And found out that this place is a bit farther from the first two areas, but not too far, just a short walk.
But if you’re not paying attention, it’s easy to miss.
Wait, why am I here again?
Because when I took the photos earlier, my wife wasn’t with me~
So I specifically went to find her to take photos together~
Lavender ice cream ¥250, a must-try~
However, it feels different from the taste I remember.
Finally, back to the Hanabito Field.
That’s all for the photos of Farm Tomita in July~
I stayed here for over 2 hours and took more than 600 photos, many of which didn’t turn out well~
These are the better ones, not blurry… XD
In short, if you’re planning to visit Hokkaido in July, you must come here~
Oh, and be sure to avoid weekends, or you’ll be stuck in traffic for a long time~ XD
Also, it’s recommended to check the map of Farm Tomita before coming, as it is constantly expanding.
I just checked, and it has expanded even more since my last visit in 2019.
