[Mie Prefecture] Enjoying the Beauty of Flowers – NabanaNoSato

In the midst of famous Nagashima Onsen Group, there is a scenic spot called “NabanaNoSato”. Here, you can enjoy different flowers in every season. From mid-October to early May of the following year, there is the renowned NabanaNoSato Lantern Festival. Therefore, winter is considered the peak season for NabanaNoSato.

This cluster of flowers resembles a floating island in the sky.

There is a very special observation deck in the midst of NabanaNoSato.

This is a replica of Mount Fuji.

After going around, I believe this side will be beautiful in autumn when coming out from the Mirror Pond, because it is filled with maple leaves.

The maple leaves this year are in pretty good condition.

Ticket Prices: From mid-July to mid-September ¥1000, from mid-March to early July and from mid-September to early November ¥1500, from early November to early March ¥2000

Due to the different traffic routes during the lantern festival period and regular times, the route needs to be determined based on the specific time.

【Festival Period: Mid-October to early May of the following year】
■ Nagoya: Buy tickets on the 3rd floor of the Meitetsu Bus Center, and take the bus on the 4th floor. Take the Nagashima Onsen Express Bus at bus stop 22 to NabanaNoSato. Fare is ¥950 (Suica and ICOCA cards accepted). (Fare & Timetable)
■ Near Kintetsu Chojima Station (or Shinkansen Chojima Station): Take the Mie Kotsu bus (Timetable) for about 10 minutes to reach NabanaNoSato. Fare is ¥220 (Suica and ICOCA cards accepted).

【Not during the festival period: mid-May to mid-October】
■ Nagoya: Buy tickets on the 3rd floor of the Meitetsu Bus Center, and take the bus on the 4th floor. Take the Nagashima Onsen Express Bus at stop 22 to NabanaNoSato. Fare is ¥950 (Suica and ICOCA accepted). (Fare & Timetable)
■ Kintetsu Kuwana Station – East Exit: Take the bus at stop 2 and ride the Mie Kotsu Bus (Timetable) directly to NabanaNoSato. Fare is ¥260 (Suica and ICOCA accepted).
