The Dongshan Township Office hosts various events here, such as hot air balloon carnivals and painted rice fields with different themes annually, attracting visitors year after year. Introduction to Sanqi Scenic Path (Yilan Dongshan Brown Boulevard)

Sanqi Scenic Path is located in Sanqi Village, Dongshan Township, Yilan County. It was named for its resemblance to Taitung’s Brown Boulevard, featuring endless rural landscapes. Thus, it is also known as “Yilan Brown Boulevard” or “Dongshan Brown Boulevard.” After the Dongshan Township Office decided to vigorously promote the tourism features of Yilan Brown Boulevard, the site was officially renamed “Sanqi Scenic Path.”

Sanqi Scenic Path stretches about two kilometers, from Fengzun Temple to Xiesong Road. Like Taitung’s Brown Boulevard, it has no obstructive utility poles along the winding paths, making the scenic route a picturesque sight amidst golden rice waves from April to June each year.
